RentFlow ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the RentFlow mobile application.

• Account Information: Email address and password when you register.
• Property & Tenant Data: Information you enter about properties, units, tenants, leases, and rent payments.
• Files & Photos: Documents and photos you upload to the app, stored securely in our cloud storage.
• Usage Data: App usage analytics to improve the service.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version.

• To provide and maintain the RentFlow service

• To send push notifications for rent reminders and maintenance updates

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database with row-level security). All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase – Database and authentication
• RevenueCat – Subscription management
• Apple App Store / Google Play – Payment processing

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only when required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Your Rights

• Access and download your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
