By downloading or using RentFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RentFlow, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

RentFlow is a property management application that allows landlords to manage properties, units, tenants, leases, rent payments, maintenance requests, and related documents.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

• RentFlow offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with full access.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Share your account with multiple users

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into RentFlow. We do not claim any rights to your property or tenant data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RentFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. RentFlow does not provide legal or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TabServe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of RentFlow.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
